Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experience Expert to join our Front Office team at the Brisbane Marriott Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing personalized support to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Provide personalized support to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's services and amenities, ensuring guests are aware of all available options
  • Assist with guest inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and services, with a strong understanding of Marriott's brand standards
