Job Overview

As a key member of the Marriott Hotels team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Rooms Controller.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign rooms to guests based on their preferences and requests
  • Handle general inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Verify and adjust guest billing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide expert knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area to exceed guest expectations
  • Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and check-in procedures
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

About You

  • Experience with property management systems, such as OPERA
  • Relevant supervisory experience in a similar role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
