The Team Dynamics

A supportive group where your input is valuable. The practice focuses on innovative transactions including renewable energy financing, infrastructure acquisition financing, transmission and energy-transition financing, data centre funding, social housing funding solutions and PPPs.

The Job Responsibilities
  • Lead on varied, challenging and complex financing matters for a distinguished client base.
  • Advise both sponsors and financiers on major infrastructure projects and acquisitions in Australia.
  • Draft and negotiate financing documentation; deliver prompt, commercially astute advice.
  • Build relationships with clients and contribute to business development through industry programs and networks.
  • Mentor junior professionals and contribute to the growth of the practice.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Project finance experience gained in an Australian or overseas law firm.
  • Excellent project management, communication and drafting skills.
  • A strong client service mindset and relationship building ability.
  • A team focus with strong internal collaboration skills.
  • An enthusiasm for business development and cultivating strategic relationships.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and providing strong mentorship to juniors.
