Project Finance Expert

This position involves supporting transaction-related processes, encompassing project appraisal, negotiations, and due diligence. Key responsibilities include undertaking financial analysis (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, EVA) and preparing credit submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support transaction-related processes, including project appraisal, negotiations, and due diligence.
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to inform credit submission decisions.
Manage the credit and financial aspects of project analysis, encompassing company financial analysis and technical/operational appraisals.
Develop and utilize financial models to generate project finance ratings using internal rating tools.
Maintain loan exposure monitoring and gather project-related information through thorough research and due diligence.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4-6 years' experience in project finance with a strong background in financial modeling and deal structuring.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, business, or a related field; a master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and credit analysis.
