Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional service to our guests.

  • Actively resolve guest complaints and challenges
  • Lead by example when attending to guest requests; being proactive and resourceful
  • Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts, and vouchers using property management software
  • Assist the food and beverage department during all day services where required
  • Respond to guest reviews on online platforms
  • General front office administration duties
  • Daily accounting data entry and reconciliation
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in a similar role within a 4 to 5-star hotel environment
  • An approach to guest service that is second to none
  • Exceptional customer service skills, communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • Previous experience with a property management system preferably Opera or MICROS
  • A friendly and outgoing personality
  • A willingness to use initiative and strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of computer literacy and accuracy
  • Attention to detail and understanding of basic accounting processes
  • A strong background knowledge in both Front Office and Reservations
