We are growing and seeking a Triage Injury Management Consultant to work full-time, with the next intake commencing on 4 August 2025. This role involves connecting with injured employees and their managers to support them through workplace injuries by providing injury triage, first aid advice, support, and linking them to available resources. You will work in a dedicated Triage Team providing personalized health management support via telehealth, which can be performed from home or the office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting clients with empathy to improve their health and wellbeing.
- Coordinating supports and wellbeing services for engaged clients.
- Providing initial triage and early intervention for physical and mental health issues.
- Managing case coordination activities, stakeholder liaison, email updates, and documentation such as treatment plans.
Qualifications and experience:
- Experienced Allied Health practitioner (Physio, Osteo, Chiro, OT, EP, etc.) with full registration or a Registered Nurse.
- Current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- First Aid (Level 2) certification or equivalent, such as Basic Life Support training in a hospital setting.
- Caring and empathetic nature.
- Experience in care coordination or occupational rehabilitation is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT skills and time management.
