Speech Therapist Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to individuals with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
  • Provide early intervention and parent coaching services for children aged 0-5
  • Assess and implement literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC interventions for school-aged children (5-18)
  • Deliver functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management interventions for adults
  • Support individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the relevant Speech Therapy authority
  • Experience leading and supporting others
  • Passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Desire to make a real difference within the community
  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS
