Paediatric Speech Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paediatric Speech Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to children with speech, language, literacy, and fluency needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinic-based therapy services to neurodivergent children and early intervention clients (0–7 years old)
  • Support kids with a mix of speech, language, literacy, AAC, and fluency needs
  • Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure quality care

Requirements:

  • Degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for SPA registration
  • Minimum 6–12 months' experience (preference for candidates with 3+ years' experience in paediatrics)
  • Strong interest in evidence-based practice and child-centred care
  • A confident communicator who thrives in a team setting

Benefits:

  • 25% above award salary – $76,000 to $110,000 + super
  • Structured incentive program – earn 50% of any billable hours over target
  • Shift options: 7:30am–1:30pm or 1:00pm–7:00pm
  • 5 service hours + 1.6 flexible admin hours per shift
  • Optional hot-desking for admin flexibility

Location & Schedule:


Flexible shifts available within the clinic from Monday to Friday.
