Job Summary

The Leasing Paralegal role is responsible for advising on lease documents and retail tenancies legislation, instructing solicitors, and working closely with various teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on lease interpretation and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with leasing, development, and shopping centre teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Instruct solicitors to prepare and finalize lease documentation in accordance with approved terms.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Leasing Paralegal with exposure to at least one state-based retail regulatory framework.
  • Excellent interpretive, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
  • Experience in interpreting and negotiating leases to deliver commercial outcomes.
