Property Leasing Legal Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Property Leasing Legal Advisor to provide legal advice and support for leasing, property transactions, development, and construction. This exciting opportunity is available in Melbourne.

About the Role:
  • Provide legal advice, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating leasing documents, including retail and commercial leasing.
  • E nsure compliance with governance standards.
  • Manage a leasing portfolio and maintain stakeholder relationships and communications with internal teams.
  • Provide legal advice, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating construction arrangements.
  • Assist with property acquisitions and projects, including due diligence, drafting/negotiation of transaction documents.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • You will have a minimum of 4+ years of relevant post-admission experience in-house or in private practice.
  • You will hold a law degree from an Australian or international university.
  • You will possess a current relevant practising certificate in a state Supreme Court or the High Court of Australia.
  • You will have experience in providing property, commercial, and contracting legal advice.
  • You will have a working understanding of construction law.
  • You will have strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
  • You will have proven ability to take the initiative and confidently manage allocated matters.
  • You will have commercial acumen with the ability to provide pragmatic legal advice.
