About the Electrical Supervisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to lead a team of electricians on various commercial projects across Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years supervising teams, with commercial experience in schools, hospitals, retail, clubs, and pubs. They will be skilled in managing subcontractors, coordinating trades, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 4-8 electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time.
  • Report project status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope, and quality when required.
  • Supervise small to medium commercial projects, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee apprentices, promoting continuous learning and improvement in their standard of work.
