About this Role

We are seeking experienced and skilled licensed Electricians, Leading Hands, and Foremen to join our Construction Project Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading electrical projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate electrical projects to ensure timely completion
  • Lead teams of electricians and foremen to achieve project objectives
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:
  • Current Electrical Licence
  • Open Cablers Licence (preferred)
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • General Construction Induction Card
  • Elevated Work Platform – Over 11m ticket
  • Elevated Work Platform – Under 11m ticket
  • Current LVR / CPR training accreditation

Personal Qualities:

  • Excellent fault-finding and rectification skills
  • Demonstrated experience in the electrical industry
  • Well-developed Time Management & Prioritisation abilities
  • Excellent Communication & Organisational Skills
  • Diligence to safe work practices
  • Reliable and punctual attendance at work
  • Contribute to achieving desired outcomes and a positive work culture
  • Ability to work unsupervised
