Key Role in Human Factors Projects
We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in exciting rail, transportation, and engineering projects.
You will have the opportunity to work on big projects in Australia, leveraging your expertise in human factors to drive success.
- Project Planning: Plan and manage human factors activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution.
- Context Development: Establish and document contexts of use / concept of operations, and human factors / user requirements.
- Research and Benchmarking: Conduct research and benchmarking to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders and users through workshop facilitation and training, fostering effective collaboration.
- Human Factors Methods: Apply human factors methods including task analysis, human error identification, communications analysis, and training needs analysis.
- Design Evaluation: Perform iterative design evaluation, including physical ergonomic assessments, HCI evaluation, implementation prototyping, and usability trials.
Desirable skills include membership of professional body (HFESA, HFES, IEA or equivalent) and postgraduate qualifications in systems engineering or human factors related fields.
