  • Preparing employment contracts and new starter packs.

  • Coordinating new starter onboarding plans in collaboration with hiring managers.

  • Coordinating key HR programs such as annual performance reviews, KPI setting and salary reviews.

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.

  • Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards.

  • Completing analysis and reports of key HR metrics.
