In this dynamic role, you will assist in delivering a range of HR services and work closely with our team to help drive a positive and supportive work culture. You will be instrumental in helping us attract and retain top talent for our centres across Australia and beyond. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in recruitment and talent acquisition processes Coordinating induction paperwork and conducting induction interviews for new staff Managing termination paperwork and conducting exit interviews Providing HR support and responding to internal and external HR-related inquiries Helping to build and maintain our casual employee list Maintaining accurate records for all casual employees Assisting with various HR tasks and projects as needed Essential criteria We're looking for someone with: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar HR role Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivation with the ability to take on increasing responsibility Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks High attention to detail and strong organisational skills The ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing environments A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team What we offer 17.5% annual leave loading Excellent career advancement opportunities On-site parking Exclusive staff discounts, including childcare fees, private health insurance, gym memberships and more Generous budgets for resources to support your role A supportive, flat management structure where your voice is heard The opportunity to work in a dynamic, child-centered environment Think You're a Great Fit?
