HR Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

  • To coordinate company-wide engagement surveys and analyze data for continuous improvement.
  • To provide generalist administrative support to the HR department across the employee lifecycle.
  • To assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and onboarding.
  • To maintain accurate records and databases within the HR system.
  • To assist with ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR or operations role.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning and rostering.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
