Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Coordinator of Recreational Activities & Volunteers to lead engagement for 42 residents in a beautiful, aged care setting on Sydney's Northern Beaches. This is a meaningful, full-time position working Monday to Friday (9am-4pm), responsible for planning and delivering a varied and engaging program of recreational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver a varied and engaging program of recreational activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of residents.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of programs and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Recreation or a related field.
  • Proven experience in coordinating recreational activities in an aged care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
