**About the role**:
The recreational activity officer will plan, develop and implement recreational activities for clients attending the Hills Community Care social day program in accordance with aged care quality standards.

**Duties include**:

- Develop and maintain consumer care plans.
- Provide customer/client wellbeing support.
- Schedule services for customers/clients.
- Provide effective supervision to Program Activity Officers across all social day programs.
- Maintain development of recreational activities for clients who attend the social day program.
- Monitor and deliver program activities within the allocated budget.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Drivers Licence (Class C) - NSW
- Certificate IV In Health & Leisure and or experience in Aged Care
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office and database systems;
- Leadership/supervisory experience

**Position details**:
Permanent full-time role, S0802, Salary: Starting from $76K + Superannuation + Performance Bonus (up to 2% annual salary) + organisational bonus (up to $2K) + Aquatic and Fitness membership discounts.
