This role is critical to ensuring that our teams have access to the necessary tools and software to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of enterprise tools, from acquisition to deployment, ensuring that all processes adhere to industry standards and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement: Lead the procurement process for enterprise tools, including software and hardware, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
- Packaging: Develop and maintain standardized packaging processes for enterprise tools, ensuring they are configured and customized to meet the specific needs of different user groups.
- Distribution: Manage the distribution of enterprise tools to users across the organization, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, security, finance, and end-users, to understand their needs and ensure that enterprise tools are meeting those needs effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the procurement, packaging, and distribution processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be an Australian Citizen, and a security clearance is required.
- Experience in procurement, packaging, and distribution of enterprise tools or similar roles.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, software packaging, and IT distribution methods.
- Proficiency in software management tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of licensing agreements and compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience with enterprise software deployment in large organizations.
- Ability to quickly develop prototypes and proof of concepts.
