As a key member of our retail technology team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our customers across Australia.

About the Opportunity

Our retail technology division provides integrated solutions and business support services for retailers serviced by Metcash Food & Grocery and Australian Liquor Marketers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting retailers across various systems, including retail pricing, host support data to POS systems, ordering and electronic invoicing, point-of-sale software upgrade and training for retailers, and the roll-out of new systems and programs like e-commerce.

Whilst based in Gepps Cross, the role involves project rollout to all retailers Australia-wide, with a focus on South Australian retailers. The successful candidate will interact with customers across Australia and may require travel. Technical customer support for customers will also form part of the role.

In this Role

  • Leadership and management of Support Advisors and Administration Officer
  • Support retailer integration with our systems, including host support, electronic ordering, electronic invoicing, and scan data provision
  • MEDIATE AND RESOLVE RETAILER TECHNICAL ISSUES INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY
  • Interact with stakeholders, including business team members, IT team members, external parties, and retailers throughout the product life cycle
  • Solve problems assisting the business in decisions through analytical tools use
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
