Shop Operations Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate the daily activities of a retail store.

Key responsibilities include managing shop operations, overseeing stock flow, submitting orders, and ensuring timely delivery.

The Aims and Objectives of this Role:
  • Maintain a well-organised shop environment and coordinate volunteers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop strategies to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to submit weekly stock orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere within the shop.
  • Keep staff and volunteers updated on key developments and organisational news.
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress and set goals.
  • Develop and implement effective shift rosters for volunteers to ensure adequate coverage during opening hours.
  • Communicate with operational support regarding stock volume and quality.
