About the role

This is a permanent position starting with a three-year customized development program designed to shape your career. You will collaborate with experienced professionals and rotate through corporate offices, bauxite mines, and alumina refineries in various regions. What you'll be doing

As a graduate analyst at our organization, you will learn, grow, and develop hands-on experience and expertise in:

  • Developing capability and expertise as a technology professional in supporting mining or refining operations.
  • Assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of mining systems and software applications.
  • Assisting with project management duties associated with delivering operational systems and software applications.
  • Analyzing operational data to troubleshoot issues arising from the use of IT systems in operations equipment.
  • Engaging directly with site-based customers to gather requirements and provide input into technology roadmaps.
  • Assisting in building standards and specifications for onboard operational technology installations.
  • Understanding and practicing safety procedures and controls to keep all employees safe while working in an active operating area.
