Inpatient Support Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Support Team.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
This role involves supporting staffing across various inpatient units, including Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Critical Care, and Behavioral Health.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care and coordinate resources to meet patient needs.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
- Assist in adapting staffing to unit needs and demonstrate flexibility in response to changing circumstances.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or equivalent.
- Current Ohio license to practice registered nursing.
- At least one year of experience in the relevant specialty.
- Completion of specialty-specific competency-based orientation pathway.
- Maintain current Basic Life Support certification and additional certifications may be required.
Exposure to communicable disease, body fluids, and other hazards is expected. The ability to work under stressful conditions and irregular hours is also necessary.
The selected candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact with diverse patient populations.
