Regional Float Pool Nurse

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support the staffing of multiple units, including Inpatient Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Critical Care, and Behavioral Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by utilizing evidence-based practices and nursing theory.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain current certification in Basic Life Support and additional certifications as required by specialty area.
Requirements
- A current license to practice registered nursing in Ohio is mandatory.
- At least one year of experience in a related RN role, preferably in medical/surgical or critical care settings.
- Completion of a competency-based orientation pathway specific to the specialty area.
- The ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods with correct vision and hearing within the normal range.
- Exposure to communicable disease, body fluids, and other potentially hazardous conditions common in a clinical environment.
