Lead with Purpose and Shape the Future

The Surgery and Endoscopy Services require a strategic leader to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and patient safety. The successful candidate will provide clinical, operational, and professional leadership to ensure effective management of these services.

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve service goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with clinicians, managers, and stakeholders to develop policies and procedures that support high-quality patient care.
  • Maintaining a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, promoting innovation and best practice in all aspects of surgical and endoscopic services.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Health Management or equivalent, and/or substantial recent experience at a senior management level. Additionally, current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation (APHRA) as a Registered Nurse is required. A valid NSW Driver's Licence is necessary for this position.
