Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change communications plan to engage stakeholders and promote organisational change.
  • Lead the change communications process, including stakeholder engagement, content development, and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Utilise digital channels and traditional media to reach a wide audience and promote organisational change.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders to enhance their communication skills and engage their teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communications activities and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as communications, marketing, or organisational development.
  • Extensive experience in change communications management, preferably in a higher education or research institution.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
