Job Title: Construction Supervisor

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective execution of field work activities at our construction sites.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Ensure compliance to safety, quality, and contractual standards; monitor subcontractor performance; coordinate start dates, site inductions, inspections, and material delivery to sites.
  • Supervision: Develop and maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders; conduct field audits for safety, environmental, and quality control.
  • Civil Construction: Supervise all civil construction elements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience within a project environment, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
  • Tech Qualifications: Relevant technical qualifications (ideally in construction or telecommunications) to a Diploma level.
  • Certification: A Certificate IV in Health & Safety or other Health & Safety Manager or Supervisor qualifications is highly regarded.
  • Licenses: High Risk Licence is an advantage (dogging (DG) and rigging (RB, RI, RA, EWP over 11m licenses).
