Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Project Supervisor to manage the day-to-day activities of our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The role involves liaising with clients, providing progress reports, supervising construction workers, hiring subcontractors, procuring materials, monitoring build costs and project progress, conducting quality and safety inspections, preparing site reports and designs, maintaining quality control checks, motivating the workforce, addressing day-to-day problems and resolving issues, and using specialist project management software.

As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver projects across new builds, fit outs, and refurbishments. Your strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations, combined with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to effectively manage and motivate the workforce.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Construction Project Supervisor or similar role;
