Senior Road Design Engineer

This pivotal role involves leading and inspiring a skilled team to deliver innovative and practical design solutions for roads and drainage systems.
- Drive strategic planning and oversee the successful execution of capital works and operational programs
- Champion exceptional customer service by supporting the team in resolving road and drainage enquiries with professionalism and care
To be successful, you must demonstrate strong leadership skills, experience in project and operational management, and extensive knowledge of external road funding and latest road and drainage design requirements. Additionally, you should have well-developed analytical capabilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Civil Engineering and current Police Clearance (less than three months old).
