Senior Design Engineer

- Drive strategic planning, oversee project execution, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service by supporting the team in resolving enquiries with professionalism and care.
- Strong leadership skills are essential for heading a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience in project and operational management is required.
- A knowledge of external funding options such as Metropolitan Regional Road Group and Department of Transport grants is desirable.
- Extensive experience in road and drainage design requirements is necessary.
- Proven written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
- Well-developed analytical capabilities are required to ensure accurate and concise engineering advice is provided.
- A current driver's licence is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Civil Engineering is required.
- Current National Police Clearance (less than three months old) is essential.
