Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead our Platform and DevOps team. As a key enabler for our engineering and wider technology group, you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for our development experience and integration/delivery platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear platform product roadmaps that contribute to and align with the iSelect strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external technology and business stakeholders to ensure the right initiatives are delivered at the right time.
  • Lead and manage delivery partners to realise maximum value for technology teams, the company, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Extensive commercial experience as a technical product owner, driving strategy and vision for Integration, Developer Experience, CI/CD, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of industry-accepted security practices in software development, delivery, and operations.
  • Experience in Scrum agile and understanding of the importance of the Product Owner role within the Scrum team.
  • Proven capability in customer journey and user story mapping, and grooming backlogs of work with the Scrum team.
