Delivering exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of this role, where you will be responsible for greeting visitors, issuing passes, and managing janitorial work orders.
Ensuring a smooth entry process involves providing a warm welcome to all visitors.
You will also be responsible for managing visitor and parking passes, as well as coordinating events on behalf of requestors.
Coordination of workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding is another key aspect of this role.
Handling inquiries and complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers requires strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Organizing and managing on-site events, including securing event space and delivering supplies, is an additional responsibility.
A High School Diploma or equivalent with up to 2 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information are essential for this position.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is necessary to perform tasks efficiently.
Excellent organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset are also required.
