The Intermediary program is a key component of Victim Service Innovation in Criminal Justice, utilizing skilled communication specialists to assist criminal justice stakeholders meet the needs of eligible witnesses.

As part of this program, you will provide mentoring and support to contract intermediaries while also delivering high-quality services to vulnerable individuals.

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Have extensive experience providing evidence-based intermediary services to witnesses in the criminal justice system, with expertise in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, complex mental health needs, cognitive disabilities, or complex communication requirements.">
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and its practical implementation.">
  • Showcase your ability to provide training, mentoring, and consultancy to other professionals.">
