Job Description:
The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing creates opportunities for all Victorians to live a safe, respected and valued life.
This role supports the delivery of court-related services to Child Protection teams.
Key tasks include preparing and filing court documents, witness summons, communication with court registries, and liaison with potential witnesses.
Accountabilities Include
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, forms, and correspondence
- Redaction of confidential material in departmental records
- Providing information and support on case preparation for contested hearings, including liaison with witnesses
- Liaising with Children's Court registries
