Quality and Improvement Lead

The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned professional with a strong passion for Quality and Continuous Improvement. In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead our Quality Coordinators at each of our sites, including Cardinia, Langwarrin, Clyde North and Warragul.

You will facilitate the process of continuous improvement in line with the Aged Care Standards and associated requirements for our aged care residences across Victoria.

Utilising your comprehensive knowledge of the aged care sector you will support the Residential Managers and Quality Coordinators in maintaining compliance to relevant aged care legislation, including compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards.

The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of quality assurance & auditing processes, ability to continuously improve and conduct gap & risk analyses, and deliver measurable improvements in service quality.
