**About The Role...**

In this role you will assist the Sydney Operations team to lead, coordinate and monitor continuous process improvement activity to meet service, quality and productivity goals that align with Alspec’s vision, mission, and values.
- Reporting to the Operations Manager, some of your key duties and responsibilities will include.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead REACH program implementation by engaging and collaborating with site Managers, Supervisors and Leaders.
Encourage and support change by collaborating with internal stakeholders guiding behaviour and action which support a work improvement culture.
- Deliver/ assist with training REACH practices and tools such as 5s, 8 Waste, Visual management, A3 and Root Cause Analysis etc. to teams and individuals.

This is an extremely busy role and requires someone who thrives on working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Applicants will also need to have:

- A bright personality with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and improvements.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Have an interest in learning the best ways of implementing strategies to manage change
- Strong computer and systems experience with fast and accurate typing speeds.
- Strong & effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in the aluminium, home improvement or associated industries would be a distinct advantage.

You will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and must have contactable work references.
