Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our team at Kingfisher Recruitment Pty Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Operations Manager and coordinating routine inspections and day-to-day maintenance issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, including preparing centre budgets and forecasts.
- Manage quotes and work orders, ensuring timely processing and communication.
- Schedule contractor works and establish good relationships with tenants and on-site representatives.
- Coordinate contractors and service providers for regular service and certifications.
- Review daily security reports and action items as needed.
- Oversee on-site cleaning and security staff.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems with training.
- Valid Driver's License and vehicle essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual skills with the ability to develop creative solutions, identify the need for improvement, and implement change.
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to exercise judgment and resolve issues independently.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple deadlines while delivering accurate and quality work.
