Job Description

As a Strategic Financial Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing financial management and analysis to aid strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure financial goals align with the company's objectives, provide financial advice and insights to drive business growth, and identify opportunities for improvement and streamlining of existing processes.

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with post-degree qualification (CA/CPA).
  • Proven experience in a similar business partnering role.
  • Strong financial analysis and planning skills.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence senior management.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively.
