About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our Onshore Energy team in Darwin. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for receiving, handling, and managing goods coming in or going out of our Darwin-based workshop or stores on the major Darwin-based LNG facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt and storage of goods, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient stock rotation.
  • Manage the movement of goods within the facility, utilizing forklifts and other equipment as required.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Forklift license and ability to operate heavy machinery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
