Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Transformation Specialist. As a key member, you will play a critical role in delivering the digital strategy for Metro North Health.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position with standard hours of operation being 8:00am - 4:06pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Flexible working arrangements such as variable working hours, working from home and flex accrual may be supported.

  • Opportunities for coaching, development, and career progression within the broader team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clinical leads and end users across Metro North Health to deliver quality results.

  • Provide expert knowledge of HBCIS and supporting administration programs.

  • Analyse and interpret business rules within hospital and care facility environments.

  • Travel across Metro North facilities as required.

Requirements:

  • Current or recent experience within inpatient, outpatient or Emergency Department administration space(s) within hospital and care facility environments.

  • Thorough understanding of existing business rules within hospital and care facility environments (inclusive of telehealth).

  • Expert knowledge of HBCIS and supporting administration programs.
