About the role

The Finance Partner provides financial and management accounting advice that supports our Strategic goals.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Work collaboratively with the corporate finance team in end of month procedures
  • Partner with managers, providing high quality monthly reporting and analysis to improve decision making and performance
  • Provide financial input to proposed business cases and develop financial models for in-depth analysis
  • Work in conjunction with the Planning, Reporting and Analysis Manager preparing annual budgets/forecasts
  • Complete financial accounting responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner including balance sheet reconciliations
  • Train, develop and commit to continuous improvement, developing team members and staff in best practice
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Finance Manager in the maintenance of the Fixed asset register
  • Actively participate in the annual audit

About you

You will possess a University qualification in Business, Finance or Accounting.

3-5 years' experience in Accounting.

Ideally CPA qualified or studying towards this.

Experience within a Not for Profit or Aged Care organisation advantageous.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
