About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical experience and contribute to the growth and success of our Finance division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial data to support operational and finance staff decision-making.
  • Providing administrative support to the main office, with a focus on front-desk reception back-up.
  • Generalist responsibilities include welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, directing visitors, maintaining employee and department directories, receiving and dispatching deliveries, managing office supplies, placing orders, distributing mail, conducting filing, coordinating office services, and managing company records.
  • Finance-related tasks involve analyzing current and past financial data, preparing reports, assisting with end-of-month processes, financial modeling, and business analytics.
  • Performing ad-hoc finance administration duties, including order releases, data entry, EFT processing, till reconciliation, and assisting with accounts receivable and payable processing.

Requirements:

  • An enthusiastic and engaging personality.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to identify data patterns.
  • Highly organized and exceptional multitasker.
  • Excellent communication skills, including superior telephone manner, customer relations skills, and presentation.
  • Courteous.
  • Experience with statistical analysis.
