Our bakery is seeking skilled Bread Bakers to prepare and produce a variety of bread products.

As a key team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our high-quality products meet customer expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake a range of bread products, including sourdough, artisan, and specialty breads.
  • Ensure all baked goods are presented attractively and are ready for sale at the required time.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Monitor oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless production.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced bakery environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
  • Flexible availability to work across 7 days of the week, including evenings and public holidays.
