As an experienced underwriter with strong technical knowledge of property and marine lines, you will be responsible for guiding state underwriters and ensuring effective collaboration across sales and underwriting teams.
You will drive top-line growth and execute go-to-market strategies that meet business outcomes. To succeed in this role, you must have multiple years of underwriting experience across various technical disciplines and previous people management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of underwriters in state to achieve business goals
- Develop and implement strategic go-to-market plans
- Drive revenue growth through collaboration with sales and underwriting teams
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the General Insurance industry and its products
