We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced housekeeper to join our team in Marchwood, Southampton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the purpose-built residential dementia care home.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the existing housekeeping team
  • Ensuring COSHH compliance and ordering supplies as needed
  • Keeping accurate records of cleaning audits and documentation
  • Liaising with senior staff and carers regarding room and communal area cleaning
  • Coordinating deep cleans of rooms and communal areas

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work independently when necessary
  • Ability to lead and work well in a team environment
