We are seeking an experienced Videographer and Digital Content Creator to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for enhancing the profile and brand of our organisation through the production and self-management of high-quality video content.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop compelling digital content for multiple online platforms and work closely with internal stakeholders to build capacity and contribute to the development/production of video content.

The successful candidate will have 2 years minimum experience in video production, demonstrated ability with photography and multimedia capture and production for the web, including photos, graphic design, video, animation and audio.

You will also have exceptional communication and time management skills, a demonstrated ability to understand and support strategic organisational goals and exercise initiative, judgement and creativity in the execution of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver best practice social and digital media content and implementation plans.
  • Generate creative/innovative video content.
  • Produce high-quality corporate videos.
  • Edit video recordings.
  • Manage the company image library and keep it up-to-date.
  • Follow and keep up with trends, social and digital media best practises and technologies.
  • Liaise closely and build positive relationships with staff at various levels to facilitate the efficient production of communications content, delivering high levels of client service.
  • Develop new content and ensure content is contemporary, appropriate for the platform, meets accessibility requirements and is user-focused.
  • Review, edit and approve all content before it is published.

Requirements:

  • 2 years minimum experience in video production.
  • Demonstrated ability with photography and multimedia capture and production for the web, including photos, graphic design, video, animation and audio.
  • Capability and confidence in following design briefs.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and support strategic organisational goals and exercise initiative, judgement and creativity in the execution of tasks and projects.
  • Demonstrated organisation and project management skills with the ability to produce high quality work within tight timeframes.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and with contractors and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a particular focus on digital content.
