We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Frontline Support Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for person-centred care, especially supporting clients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored support for clients with complex needs
- Lead behaviour support and crisis management strategies
- Mentor and guide staff to build a high-performing team
- Engage clients and families to align services with individual goals
- Advocate for client rights and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-intensity, person-centred disability support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and model best practice
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)
- Current NSW Working with Children's Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid, and Driver's Licence
