Job Description

We're seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team. You'll provide personal care and daily living support to clients with high support needs, helping them live with dignity and independence.

The role involves assisting clients with wheelchairs and medical support requirements, as well as promoting autonomy within shared living environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and daily living support
  • Assist with manual handling and use of aids
  • Support clients with complex needs and medical requirements
  • Foster independence and inclusion in shared living environments
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience supporting high-needs disability clients
  • Confidence in manual handling and use of aids
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility for varied shifts and rostered work
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Outlook)
