Our organization seeks Support Specialists to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support to participants in a group setting.
  • Promote participant autonomy and control in daily activities.
  • Provide personal care with dignity, including grooming, dressing, and showering.
  • Implement behavior support plans to assist participants living independently.
  • Transport participants to community events, medical appointments, and shopping.
  • Support participants in achieving their goals as outlined in their NDIS plans.
Requirements
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:30am-3:30pm.
  • Minimum 2 shifts per week.
  • Current NSW Driver's License (P2 and above) and access to a vehicle.
  • Understanding of person-centred active support or willingness to adopt this approach.
  • Comfortable supporting adult clients with intellectual/physical disabilities, complex medical needs, mental health diagnoses, or involvement in the criminal justice system.
