Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain trusting relationships with young people, providing recovery-oriented services grounded in coaching principles and the Collaborative Recovery Model (CRM).
- Support the development of independent living skills, recreational activities, and social/community engagement through group and individual sessions.
- Maintain currency of knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development activities.
